THE BEAT is a high energy, multi-sensory MUSIC and visual experience.

The show guides you through the creation of sound and music from the dawn of time to the internet age.

The presentation uses narrative video, a 14-piece electric Orchestra plus immersive visual projection.

Presented by The Orkestra Llektriq, Ranges Events & The Ranges Music Network with support from Creative Victoria, The Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Macedon Ranges Arts & Culture & Rock & Ranges Brewery.

About the Orkestra Llektriq

The ORKESTRA LLEKTRIQ is a modern, technologically inspired augmented Orchestra featuring Strings, Harp, Brass, Woodwinds, Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Drums, Percussion, Vocals & our Electronic Artist.

The audience will be lead on this journey by Composer & Musical Director Shaun Evans.

The magic of The ORKESTRA LLEKTRIQ will bring the sound and story to life with vivid video, a powerful soundtrack and a surround sound and light show.

12pm Matinee (seated) 1 hour presentation plus question & answer with the audience.

Audience: The day time program is aimed at Primary to Secondary school audiences with a 45 minute show followed by a 10 minute question & answer session.

Connecting Your Curriculum: Composer & Musical Director Shaun Evans can attend your school for a pre-show teaser presentation and to share connected learning materials with your staff.

SCHOOL GROUP & HOME EDUCATOR Ticket Price: $12 Students. For bookings via Purchase Order please contact shaun@rangesevents.com.au.

Sensory Needs: Each venue will have a dedicated room as a Sensory Space including a video feed of the presentation, soft lighting and controlled sound. Students utilizing the Sensory Space will require supervision. The presentation will include present (not loud) sound and moving lights.
